At The Holt we offer a seasonally changing menu. Based on dishes that we love to cook and eat, rather than a theme or a single concept. The south west offers a great choice of ingredients for us to work with. Where possible We source all our fish from the Westcountry (s&j fisheries) , all our meat from Copplestone farm (MC Kelly) , lovely organic mushrooms (Forest Funghi) and local produce and vegetables (Forest produce and A David).
